In 2008, he founded the Private Equity firm Sky Global Ventures, which has gained a reputation for helping entrepreneurs grow their companies and reach new heights of success. Through his work with Sky Global Ventures, Yaniv has gained valuable experience in building effective business models and company structures that can support multiple enterprises and drive rapid growth. 

In addition to his work with Sky, Yaniv is also a co-founder in the unique program, Sky Growth Partners, a venture that is well-suited for the current financial and technological landscape. Alongside a partner, Yaniv is building a business that is poised to thrive in today's market and help other companies achieve their goals. With his expertise and experience, Yaniv is well-equipped to lead the way in this exciting new venture.

Shahar Matorin is a technology enthusiast and startup veteran with over 25 years of experience in the Israeli startup ecosystem. Throughout his career, Shahar has cultivated a deep understanding of the tech industry and a passion for helping founders succeed.

In 2013, Shahar met Startup Grind, joined forces with a group of amazing people to grow the organization into the world's largest community of startups, founders, innovators, and creators. Through his work with Startup Grind, Shahar has had the opportunity to meet and support many inspiring founders, helping them to overcome challenges and providing solutions to their needs.

Now, in this new era of the tech sector, Shahar is teaming up with an experienced partner to launch Sky Growth Partners, a company dedicated to building, growing, and scaling startups. With his wealth of knowledge and experience, Shahar is well-positioned to help Sky Growth Partners succeed in its mission.

Bat Or Makori serves as the COO and Legal Counsel at Sky Growth Partners. Prior to joining the company, Bat Or worked as a risk management consultant at EBA and Co. Consulting Firm and leaded the financial crime & compliance departments. Bat Or was also a Legal Intern in Commercial Litigation department at Gornitzky & Co.

Bat Or earned her LL.B Law (cum laude) and B.A in Government, Diplomacy, and Strategy (cum laude) from Raichman University Hertzliya, and was granted the Heseg Foundation Academic Scholarship for Excellence
Bat Or specialized in Terrorism and Homeland Security, Justice and Security, and also completed a Legal Clinic for Social Legislation and an International Commercial law program at EBS University of Business and Law in Wiesbaden, Germany. 
Additionally, Bat Or has completed an Academic Debate course and an Academic Mediation course.
