The 5-Layers Model

Our 5-Layers Model is a carefully crafted approach that brings together technological entrepreneurs, students, C-Level executives, corporate innovation leaders, investors, and mentors. We believe that each of these layers is crucial to building a successful deep tech portfolio and achieving our mission of supporting the growth of innovative tech companies.

Through our model, we provide a comprehensive approach that takes startups from the initial Proof of Concept (POC) stage to meeting with their first paying customers, and beyond. Our 5-Layers Model consists of:

#1 - Internships

we provide students with the opportunity to get to know the Entrepreneur's Ecosystem, be part of the world of entrepreneurship and innovation, and take an active part in the early stages of a company. Outstanding interns who excel may integrate into the company and be a partner in its success.

#2 - C-Level Executives

we welcome professional and experienced managers from the industry to lead and accompany companies in the first stages of a partnership model. Our unique structure also allows for the opportunity to work with multiple companies simultaneously, gaining exposure to different industries and technologies. Once a major milestone is achieved in one of the companies, the manager can choose to join full time and lead the company's growth or transition to another new company, bringing in a full-time manager to continue driving growth. This provides a dynamic and exciting opportunity for executives to broaden their experience and impact, while contributing to the success of multiple companies in our portfolio.

#3 - Partners

we understand that technological companies at the beginning need partners from various industries that open their doors, share needs and challenges, and examine whether companies meet significant needs. In most cases, when a good connection happens, the partner also becomes a payer that allows the startup to examine their business model for growth.

#4 - Investors

our plan is built on a model we call 300-600-12. After the corporate sorting phase and selection, we offer startups an investment in addition to the partnership, which includes clear milestones. The first $300k is dedicated to preparing the company's product for a meeting with the market, strengthening the technological IP, and making any necessary improvements. An additional $300k is used for marketing, messaging for customer recruitment, and a significant recruitment round. The number 12 represents the number of months we expect our companies to meet with money from their first paying customers, allowing us to create significant value and move to the next level.

#5 - Mentors

we connect startups with experienced industry mentors who can provide valuable guidance on their growth journey. We reward our mentors with a percentage of the companies to maintain a long-term interest in helping them grow.
